
Todd W. Iwanicki, MD is a board-certified psychiatrist specializing in child, adolescent, and adult psychiatry. He has been in private practice since 1999. Originally from Ohio, Dr. Iwanicki earned his undergraduate degree from Miami University in Oxford and received his medical degree from Wright State University School of Medicine in Dayton. He is certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology and is a member of the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.
Dr. Iwanicki completed his residency in general adult psychiatry and a two-year fellowship in child and adolescent psychiatry at Emory University in Atlanta. During his training, he served at Wesley Woods Geriatric Hospital, the DeKalb Crisis Center, and Georgia Mountain Community Mental Health Services. He also worked as a consulting psychiatrist at Hillside Hospital, a private residential treatment center for children, adolescents, and their families from across Georgia.
Previously, Dr. Iwanicki served as a staff psychiatrist at the Northside Hospital Mental Health Clinic in Sandy Springs. He maintains strong collaborative relationships with many public and private schools throughout the Atlanta area and has participated in school-sponsored forums with parents, teachers, and administrators to support children’s mental health.

Outside of his professional work, Dr. Iwanicki is an avid tennis and golf enthusiast and enjoys spending time outdoors. He and his wife are the proud parents of two college-aged children.
